But I want to say this. Mitch and I had the most amazing brilliant committee. I know people say this in public and at closing ceremonies, but seriously, the people we worked with — some old friends, some new faces — were fantastic. We started slow as a group, but like Fremantle (an AFL reference) we peaked at the right time and brought home the goodies.

And there are a few people I want to thank here on my blog.

Jamie — for producing an amazing program and for NOT smashing me in the nose when I continued to ring him at all hours.

Rachel — Publicity guru extraordinare. You did an AMAZING job

Palila — Oh my. Not only did Palila fill our dealers room, she also generated the most amount of ads for the con book Continuum has EVER recieved, even when we had Gaiman as a guest.

Hespa — Without who added all the life and atmosphere and sheer joy and sound to the con

Paul P — who treated our guests with respect, who looked after them and who did all the things a good guest liason dude should do.
