Well, I raised $295 for a worthy cause.  Unfortunately, with the ending of Movember comes the end of the Mo.

And thus, I present the following pictorial, documenting these sad proceedings.

As you can see, I wasn’t too elated to know that the mo was about to go.

Halfway through the shave and I think I’m gonna cry.  I wanted to keep the mo like that, even if it did make me look like Basil Fawlty.  But no… the mo was to be no more.

And here I am.  Mo-less.

But then Jules said something funny and sweet and the death of the mo was quickly forgotten

And that is my story Movember story.  I may have looked like a Mexican car salesman for thirty days, and I may have lost all credibility at work, but I still that loved that Mo.

Not just because I thought it looked cool on me – despite what all my so-called mates said – but because it was for a brilliant cause – raising money for prostate cancer and depression in men.  And you can still donate on the Movember website.  So if the story of the mo has tugged at your heart-strings, throw me over the $300 mark.  My rego is still 97300.

And for those of you who did donate – THANK YOU!!!!!!!  I know who you all are and the mo and I are very grateful.

Now, I need to go into the bathroom and clean up the bits of mo hair before Jules screams at me….
