Okay, I have a cold. My nose is all snotty, my ears hurt and I’m dribbling (nothing to do with the cold, I’ve just got drool problems – so shut up!!!!).

Despite all this, I’d like to tell you people how much fun I had at the recent Gallifrey convention. The people I met. The things I saw. The alcohol I drunk. It was so much bloody fun.

Los Angeles is not my favourite place in the world, but it doesn’t matter when you’re spending so many great people. You had Steve and Sue (Steve with his baldness and his disgusting language… horrible, horrible man and Sue with her beauty and her gorgeous smile). Then there was Shel (HI SHEL!!!) and Taza (with his youthful features and his ever present grin and his postive attitude) and Jon and Douggie (what great people, hopefully English cricket will do Jon proud by not losing in a clean sweep against Australia).

Oh, and there were so many more people. Andrew (stop trying to kiss me you hunky man) and Mr Treacle (all deep and meaningful) and Eva (best screwdrivers EVER!) and Ash (best insults EVER!) and Karen (best everything EVER!) and Zoe (oh you are soooooo cute). And Keith (this man knows his genre TV) and the DWIN boys (Greg… you stud you, you should be a male model and Graeme – Mr Honesty – and Robert the question mark Smith and, of course, Mike Doran – man of mystery).

And then there was Jenny and Ed. I don’t think I’ve met two nicer people… honestly. Enough said.

And there were more. There was Gary and John (thank you for Santa Monica guys) and Rob Fraks and his posse (thank you for Universal guys) and Nev F (thank you for your Terrance Dicks impersonation mate).

And finally, there was that great man himself, my roomate – Mr Rob Shearman. What a bloke. Okay, he’s a crushing bore, and he can’t write for quids, but he has such a nice smile. Seriously, Rob is the main reason – actually the only reason why I went to Gally. I speak to him twice a month and I wish I could see him more often. I miss him soooooooooooooooo much!!!!

Anyway… I’m going to bed now.
