Thank you Weight Watchers for teaching me what I needed to know about weight loss. But now I must leave you and take the journey on my own. My weight has been stable at about 70.5kg for the last six or seven weeks. I’ve stopped taking down what I’m eating in my journal. I still use the points slider from time to time and I still see food as points and I still keep away from saturated fats and to be honest I’m quite happy with my weight at mo. Could lose maybe one or two more kilos, but I’m not fussed either way.

So I’ve left WW, before hitting my goal weight. This means no lifetime membership and keyring. I’ll survive. I’ve already experienced a sense of achievment. But thanks Weight Watchers, you’ve taught me well. Hopefully I never needs your services again.
