This Sunday will be four weeks of marriage.  So far it’s been pretty decent.  No fights.  I’ve cleaned the dishes on at least four occasions, and I’ve cooked three times.  And last night I folded clothes.  Slowly but surely I shall be one domesticated Mond.

I did burn the schnitzels to buggery the other night, causing smoke to billow and engulf the apartment.  But I’m learning.  Oh, and I left a thick layer of oil on the fry pan, even after washing it with soap and water and stuff.  As Ori will tell you, the whole washing up thing aint one of my strong points.

Anywho, burnt schnitzels and oily frypans aside, things are rocking on.

And tonight I had dinner with Mitch at the Portland Hotel.  The food was shit – fish and chips where the whiting was actually rubbery… and smelt fishy.  I didn’t finish it – but the company was brilliant.  We also visited a pub in the city called Mai Thai, which is Hawaiian themed and run by these Asian dudes.  Odd, but nice.

I’ve also got some good news about my writing coming up soon.
