The gorgeous, talented and very patient Deb has started teaching Jules and I the choreography for our wedding dance on Sunday.  Deb is a bit of Le Bop (modern jive) Queen and it showed yesterday.  I’ve got no idea about dancing at the best of times, but under her tutelage I actually felt confident on my feet (which would be a first in 32 years).

Jules, whose a bit of Le Bop expert herself, was great and helped me big time as well.  In fact dancing with my soon to be wife was a pleasure and I can’t wait to do it again.  And again.  And again.

As for the moves themselves, well it’s all a bit of a secret.  Let me just say that if the 15 seconds are anything to go by it’s gonna look amazing.  This is assuming I can keep in time with the music, don’t lose my footing, make sure I lead Jules rather then wait for her to lead me, and not slouch.

The lesson was for 90 minutes and afterwards I was tired.  But a content sort of tired.
