Ok, why are these Geeks tests based on computer knowledge? Is that what Geek means? And when did it start meaning knowing how to use Linux or building your own computer from bits of scrap metal. I’m a geek coz I read SF, watch SF go to conventions etc… except now I’m being told by the interweb that I’m not a geek, but actually a non-geek. So I must then be a nerd. I’m so confused.

Masculine Non-Geek
You scored -35 genderpoints and 17 geekiness!
Your results show a negative for genderpoints, indicating that you are a masculine character, and probably quite happy about it! You are also probably not much of a geek. Now go off and play football, all these pixels must be doing your head in! 😛

As a non-geek, you scored under 50 points out of a possible 100 for geekiness. However, if you were approaching 50 points, you’re still likely to be geekier than the majority of test-takers. “Geeks” from this test are around the top third of test-takers for geekpoints, according to okcupid at the time of writing.

My test tracked 2 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

free online dating free online dating

free online dating free online dating

At least it got the masculine bit right.
